These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and abs333 ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the abs333 website at abs333.best and all services provided through it.

By accessing the abs333 website, registering an account, making any deposit, or using any of the games or services offered, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you begin using the abs333 platform.

To register and use abs333 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Holding multiple accounts under your own name or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. abs333 reserves the right to withhold all balances in accounts that violate this condition without any compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, and password. abs333 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. False information provided during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your abs333 account. This includes all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and any account information changes made using your login credentials, whether carried out by you or any other party.

You are advised to take the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your abs333 account password with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify abs333 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Abs333 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all communications between your device and our servers. However, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access abs333 is free from malware and properly secured.

Abs333 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are processed with no transaction fees charged by abs333.

Deposit conditions you should know:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your abs333 account within seconds of a successful transaction.
• Abs333 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the member's own name — not in the name of another person.
• Abs333 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by technical failures on the part of the payment service provider.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the abs333 support team with proof of your transaction.

Funds in your abs333 account are for gaming and wagering purposes only. abs333 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not accrue any interest. abs333 reserves the right to hold deposits deemed suspicious for the purpose of review.

Abs333 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and efficiently. Standard withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets or local bank accounts are processed within 5 to 15 minutes of request confirmation. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional security checks may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method or under the same account name as the deposit method used.
• New members making their first deposit may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn – only winnings derived from a completed wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Abs333 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests for up to 24 hours to conduct routine security checks.

Abs333 reserves the right to void any withdrawal request if it is found that the wager generating the relevant winnings was in breach of any game rules or bonus terms. abs333's decision in such matters is final.

Abs333 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time – including new member welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, reload bonuses, slots free spins, and festive promotions for Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali. All offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each promotion.

General principles that apply to all abs333 bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to Wagering Requirements that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members who have never previously registered an abs333 account.
• Abs333 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the terms of any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus system abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage manipulation betting, or any form of fraud — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account suspended.
• A member is only eligible for one bonus offer at a time unless otherwise stated.

Sports Betting and esports at abs333 cover major football leagues including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, and many more, as well as esports titles such as Dota 2, Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, CS2, and Valorant. The specific terms applicable to Sports Betting and esports are as follows:

• Odds: All displayed odds are in decimal format and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. abs333 reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a match begins.
• Official Results: Betting outcomes are determined based on official results announced by the relevant league or tournament organiser. For esports, results are based on official announcements from the betting provider.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets placed on that match will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account.
• In-Play Betting: Live match betting may be suspended or halted by abs333 at any time without notice. Bets confirmed prior to the suspension remain valid and will be settled according to the match result.
• Winning Limit: abs333 reserves the right to set maximum win limits for any market or match. Where applicable, these limits will be displayed before a bet is confirmed.

As an abs333 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other form of cheating to play or place bets.
• Colluding or conspiring with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using insider information or non-public information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting or esports wagering.
• Making repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without genuine intent to play, for the purpose of money laundering.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or personal information without their consent.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing abs333 customer support staff.

You also agree that your use of the abs333 platform is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions you make. abs333 does not provide betting advice or guarantee any winnings.

Abs333 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any member account at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• A request by Malaysian legal authorities.
• Holding multiple accounts.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons, abs333 will refund any remaining cash balance (excluding bonuses) in the account once the investigation is complete. The refund process may take up to 14 business days depending on the complexity of the case.

Members may also request to close their own account by contacting the abs333 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days and any remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method.

Abs333 is not liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from:

• Loss of the user's internet connection during a game session.
• Technical disruptions on the part of third-party game providers that are beyond abs333's control.
• Betting outcomes based on inaccurate information obtained from external sources.
• Damage to a user's device resulting from use of the abs333 platform.
• Any financial losses resulting from betting decisions — gambling is a risky activity and losing money is a real possibility.

Abs333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds, or the outcome of any game. The platform is provided "as is" and abs333 does not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Abs333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on abs333.best. abs333 will endeavour to notify members of material changes via in-platform notices or email, however the responsibility to review the Terms periodically remains with the member.

Continued use of the abs333 platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the abs333 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or through the relevant courts at abs333's discretion.

The Malay version of these Terms & Conditions is the official and binding version. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Malay version, the Malay version shall prevail.
